Gresik SEZ continues to develop the area for the comfort of business actors. The Gresik KEK has also taken advantage of the facilities and conveniences in the KEK such as Tax Holidays and Ease of Import Duty.
The series of SEZ development evaluation meetings continued with a site visit to the Galang Batang SEZ and Bintan Industrial Estate on Saturday, October 7 2023. This visit is a strategic step in order to encourage economic development and investment in the Riau Islands.
In order to support the development of the Bali SEZ, President Joko Widodo has issued Presidential Decree Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Bali Province SEZ Regional Council, which appoints the Governor of Bali as Chair of the Regional Council, the Mayor of Denpasar as Deputy Chair of the Regional Council, the Regional Secretary of Bali Province as ex-officio Secretary of the Regional Council, as well as other members of the Regional Council.
