Here are 3 steps to investing in SEZs:

Preparation
Land agreement with developer and set up company based on Indonesian regulation.

Registration
Register through Online Single Submission (OSS) or SINSW.

Construction and Operation
Once everything is approved and ready, you can immediately start construction and operation.
Propose New SEZ
You are also allowed to propose a new SEZ if the business activities in existing SEZ has not match your needs
